KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the Spa and Health Club Manager, performing assigned duties
- Maintain excellent standards as per department SOP’s
- Manage interactions with all guests, members and team in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure training is conducted regularly.
- Assist the team in the performance of their jobs as necessary.
- Ensure all areas are checked to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance is reported.
- Ensure that all checklists are being carried out by the team.
- Ensure team are aware of all relevant information pertaining to daily events.
- Conducts inventories of supplies and equipment as required.
- Orders and receives supplies so as to maintain adequate inventory levels.

- Excellent customer service skills with professional presentation
- An ability and relevant qualifications to teach multiple classes
- An ability and relevant qualifications to perform multiple treatments
