KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take responsibility and ownership for the full silicon design lifecycle
- Simulate and design IC circuits based on available device models, parameters, and design rules
- Assist in New Product Introduction
- Perform prototype and pre-production testing of RF & Microwave components
- Work within a multi-disciplined project team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Cadence/ADS experience
- Good understanding of RF concepts
- RF or Microwave Silicon IC design experience (SOI preferred)
- Experience in some of the following areas is desirable: RF/Microwave Switch, Amplifier, Attenuator, Phase Shifter, Filter
- Experience with EM simulation and RC extraction tools is desirable
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work well in a global team environment
- Degree in Electronic Engineering plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
