  • Daily scheduling and co-ordination in accordance with service requirements
  • Maintaining all records/correspondence/databases/documentation, electronic or other formats, in accurate and legible manner with agreed policies
  • Handling a high volume of calls both inbound and outbound
  • To be courteous, polite and respectful to all caregivers, clients and colleagues ensuring that the highest quality of service is delivered at all times
  • Providing help and advice to Client and Caregivers by telephone, email and face to face.
  • Ensure active and positive teamwork is maintained by communicating relevant information and ensuring a seamless process is in place for all clients and caregivers
  • To accept and process client and caregiver referrals in a sensitive and professional manner.


  • Third level qualification preferable
  • Experience in a healthcare setting
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to multitask
