KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily scheduling and co-ordination in accordance with service requirements
- Maintaining all records/correspondence/databases/documentation, electronic or other formats, in accurate and legible manner with agreed policies
- Handling a high volume of calls both inbound and outbound
- To be courteous, polite and respectful to all caregivers, clients and colleagues ensuring that the highest quality of service is delivered at all times
- Providing help and advice to Client and Caregivers by telephone, email and face to face.
- Ensure active and positive teamwork is maintained by communicating relevant information and ensuring a seamless process is in place for all clients and caregivers
- To accept and process client and caregiver referrals in a sensitive and professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Third level qualification preferable
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Attention to details
- Ability to multitask
