  • Installation Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop a detailed installation plan, considering site-specific requirements, safety measures, and timelines.
  • Equipment Setup: Assemble and install mechanical, electrical, or electronic components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and guidelines. Ensure that all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and verification of all installed systems, subsystems, or equipment. Identify and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions during the installation process.
  • Commissioning: Perform system commissioning, which includes configuring software, calibrating instruments, and conducting performance tests to ensure the systems meet design specifications.
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients or project stakeholders to explain the installation process, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the installation process, including technical reports, test records, and as-built drawings.
  • Training: Provide training to clients or end-users on the operation and maintenance of the installed systems to ensure proper utilization and long-term performance.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies during installation activities to ensure a safe working environment.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field).
  • An interest in installation, commissioning, or field engineering, particularly with complex systems or industrial equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
