KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships and partner with key senior stakeholders and senior leaders to understand business priorities and objectives and translate these into the overall ICT strategic direction.
- Motivation and management of ICT Team
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Work closely with the Kerry Agribusiness management team to identify opportunities where system improvements can deliver value to the business
- Management of internal and third-party applications
- Manage ICT Budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Be familiar with and adhere to Kerry Group ICT policies
- Provide regular updates of ICT plans/performance to senior management
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven capability to manage projects and deliver to tight deadlines
- Experience in application development using Oracle Database/Toolsets or similar application development environments
- Managing relationships with third party vendors
- Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, networks and security
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, mentoring and management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Proven leadership capability.
Qualification in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
