KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carrying out assessments and introductory visits to families
- Conducting client reviews
- Supervising and supporting care staff
- Liaising with families/NOK
- Liaising with the HSE, primary care teams, PHN’s etc
- Conducting risk assessment
- Assist with other duties as instructed by the Management Team
REQUIREMENRS:
- Have a good understanding of the Healthcare and Homecare industry
- Be a driver with a clean, full driving license
- Have an experience in staff management and staff supervision
- Have QQI level 6 Supervisory Management qualification (or equivalent)
- Be proactive with excellent communication skills
