KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Consulting and Advising: partnering with teams.
- Consulting and Advising: 121 agile coaching – outcome driven.
- Leading: developing agile coaching competencies in a community of RTEs, Scrum Masters and other Agile Coaches.
- Facilitating: agile team facilitation, coaching facilitators, demonstrating expert facilitation.
- Guiding Learning: training delivery, including Scaled Agile training.
- Guiding Learning: developing custom training courses on request.
- Coaching: literate and practised in competencies of coaching.
- Mentoring: on invitation, developing agile coaching competencies in individuals.
- Transforming: assessing team health.
- Transforming: implementing processes at the Portfolio.
- Transforming: on invitation, extending agile practices to business teams.
- Transforming: value stream mapping.
- Agile Lean Practitioner: expert in agile frameworks and mindset.
REQUIREMENTS
- Internal Agile Coaching experience guiding an internal agile transformation through the implementation of agile practices such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Expertise as an agile practitioner with a clear appreciation of how to achieve business outcomes with agile practices and frameworks, and an ability to think beyond just one framework.
- Demonstrable experience as a people developer, capable of building and developing people and teams as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or in another leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills: an ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience with delivering training to a curriculum and designing custom training courses.
- Strong stakeholder manager with experience of working with and influencing Leadership Teams.
- Desired -Training or qualification in coaching, facilitation, or training competencies.
- Desired – Participation in the broader Agile community.
